• $225 < ¼ acre lot (front & back)
• Within Salt Lake Valley, price varies outside of Salt Lake County

Rocky Yards

• To be determined
• Depends how rocky a property may be

Sidewalks

• $15 per lineal foot
• $60.00 minimum

Driveways

• $20 per lineal foot
• Trip charge may apply
